A Restorative Yoga Practice to Break Down the Walls Around Your Heart
Focusing on gentle, heart opening poses is a wonderful way to help release emotions and to invite more compassion and love into the heart centre.
As you move through each pose in this sequence, you’ll be encouraged to take your time, move mindfully, and pause to feel any shifts in your body, mind, and soul. Be present with the fullness of your breath, and compassionate with your heart.
There will be time for questions/chat over tea & cake after the class ends.
