At Space to Breathe, we aim to make sure people who might not normally be able to access yoga can. This means keeping prices as low as possible, offering classes at different times of the day and building a community of care, where people in the space are kind and welcoming to each other. It’s not about the kit you wear or the shapes you pull in class, it’s about feeling comfortable and hopefully feeling a little better when you leave, than when you arrived.
With this in mind, we offer two community yoga days - Wednesdays and Fridays - where anyone can do a yoga class for £5. This is the same price at the City Council subsidised classes in a non-yoga specific space. At Space to Breathe, anyone can use our mats, blocks, bolsters and eye masks and practice in a beautiful, calm, light yoga space in the city centre.
