Saturday 4th May Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Tess
Join Tess as she takes you through the complete Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. Over a 3-hour time scale we will break each posture down, delve deeper and work through the nuances that bring the practice together. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity for any questions you might have and to take time going into detail if needed.
There will be some healthy snacks, cakes & tea to share and enjoy as well.

Every first Sunday of the month we host our monthly assembly at The Space To Breathe Collective from 10.30 am - 12 pm. Everyone is invited and no need to book, just turn up and get involved and have a say at what happens at Leicester’s only not for profit wellness cooperative and help shape the future.
