CO-FOUNDER / COUNSELLOR
Contact Fred

Fred is a keen traveller, long distant walker having completed the Te Araroa Trail in New Zealand in 2013/2014 and walked Lands End to John o’ Groats in the summer of 2015. Feeling better for spending time outdoors, Fred felt instinctively that this could be true for others and wanted to find a way to work therapeutically and safely with people outdoors. This led her to completing an MA in Person Centred and Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy, specialising in therapy outdoors.

Dave Rennie

CO-FOUNDER / YOGA TEACHER

Contact Dave

Man about town, Dave started practicing yoga in 2016. It was while having talking therapy that he felt able to go to his first class, he loved the freedom of moving his body in a different way to sports like running and cycling (although this was not easy at the start) and how connected he felt to himself, this to Dave was a real revelation. In 2018 Dave qualified as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India under the guidance of recovery expert and yoga teachers, Tommy Rosen and Kia Miller.

Dave has walked the 1800 mile Te Araroa trail in New Zealand, walked from Lands End to John o’ Groats in the UK and hiked extensively in Turkey and Norway.

Dave teaches a mixture of classes, a relaxing yin yoga class at 7.30 pm on Monday, a morning 7 am class with a mixture of dynamic energetic movements and breath work designed to set yourself up for a day of ease and beginners yoga on Sunday at 9.00 am.
