Friday Meditation with Lucian

EVERY FRIDAY

Donation Class direct to the teacher - Book below

Life sometimes appears to be so complicated, so challenging and demanding. Let's take honesty to a slightly higher level: is it life itself or our mind? The answer at this point may sound obvious and rather obvious is the next question: How can we simplify our life? How can we simplify and optimise the amazing function of our mind and make it more effective in the pursuit of our best goals, including inner peace, healthier, more satisfying relationships, starting with the most important relationship in our life: the one with ourselves.

This is an invitation, a promise  and a call to action. An invitation to transform your life to a brighter understanding, a fresh clarity, a meaningful direction. And the promise that we will make it happen together. We'll explore classical and new, original ways to practice meditation, focusing on the ones that best work for you. We'll contemplate techniques to naturally integrate meditation into daily life .

The right company of like-minded (and like-hearted) people may be the difference you need to take your meditation practice to a whole new level. And to let meditation take your life to a whole new level.
