Join us for this ritual circle to welcome in the energy of the Spring Equinox. Spring is a potent expansive time of year when we can tap into new, fresh and exciting possibilities. We will drink a specially prepared camomile brew, engage in breathwork and meditation to support our connection with the energies of the season and create our own yin yang symbol in collage. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect and share. Each participant will be given a cypress tree essence to take home to continue to integrate the session. All materials will be provided.

Lynn Hebblethwaite is a healer and spirit worker with a background in environmental science. She has a gentle invitational facilitation style. These ritual circles are designed to reconnect us to ourselves, each other and the cycles of Earth. 

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water and a journal if you have one, or paper will be available. There are mats, blankets, bolsters and chairs as required.
