Saturday 7th December SATYA: Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement Workshop with John McKeogh
SATYA is a flowing sequence of gliding, sliding and rotational movements practiced on the floor.
The movements are done slowly and without force. This helps to build connection between the muscle, the fascia, the joints and the nervous system.
As in vinyasa yoga, SATYA combines breath with movement to encourage inner listening and mindful attention.
SATYA is a tonic to reduce fatigue and strain while building relaxation and ease.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
