Payment is required at time of booking. Yoga is an age old activity which helps maintain the wellbeing of the mind and the body. It complements all outdoor pursuits activities by helping to relieve tension that can develop in the body through physical exhaustion. It also supports the improvement of our; strength, flexibility, balance and endurance within our own physical fitness. This then enhances our performance within outdoor pursuit activities. We have a qualified yoga instructor to take these sessions.
The beauty of yoga is that it is very inclusive for the young as well as the old, all are welcome to come and take benefit! Minimum age 8 Years old.

Ashtanga Yoga is a fixed sequence of postures that are practised in a fixed order that can be modified for beginners. In an Ashtanga class a pose would be practiced on the right side then immediately the left side follows. This gives a good feeling of balance. Ashtanga has movement linked with the breath and there is equal focus between movement, stretching and holding postures. This class is very good to help open the body, the result being a light and strong body and a calm mind.
