Class Description: Power Flow Yoga
This class focuses equally on strength, stamina and flexibility. You will work on synchronising movement with breath to create a gracefully flowing, yet strong, practice.
Each class involves a diverse variety of postures and exercises that will help not only to create a toned and healthy body, but also to cultivate a peaceful state of mind. You will leave this class feeling radiant and revivified. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Ryan James teaches Power Flow Yoga with an emphasis of finding ease in movement. He has been practicing for over 20 years and teaching since 2011. He is a RYT 500 with the yoga alliance after receiving his Advanced Ashtanga Yoga Training with Tattva Yoga in Rishikesh, India in 2017. His original training with Sun Power Yoga in 2011. Since then he had been influenced by Baron Baptise, Travis Elliot and Shiva Rea. His classes are creative and dynamic with an emphasis on alignment and breath work. His teaching style has been described as compassionate, warm and humorous.
The Unitarian Chapel is located at the back of the High Cross Centre, opposite Social Climbing. Enter through the car park and glass double doors and turn immediately right and down the stairs.
Free car parking is available.
No need to book. £35 for 5 classes which is valid for 3 months and £8 for single classes.
