I’m a beginner.

If you’ve never done yoga before, or only a couple of classes, and want a class which is not difficult, where you’re not going to feel like the only one who can’t do it and where you don’t need to be a super fit bendy goddess then try:

  • Radiant Body Yoga with Dave on Tuesdays at 07:15

  • Sivananda Yoga with Tom on Tuesdays at 10.00

  • Beginners Yoga with Tom on Tuesdays at 12.30

  • Yin with Charlotte on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:30

  • Flow with Bhavesh on Wednesdays at 07:30

  • Yoga with Geoff on Wednesdays at 18:30 & 20:00

  • Early yoga with Geoff on Thursday at 07:00

  • Beginners Ashtanga with Tom on Fridays at 18:00

  • Yin with Ananda on Sundays at 18:00 (not every week)

I like to work hard

If you mostly like to do yoga for the physicality of it and like to feel like you’ve had a proper good workout then try the following classes:

  • Hot Yoga with Maxine on Mondays and Fridays and 06:45

  • Ashtanga with Bhavesh on Mondays at 18:30

  • Ashtanga with Tom on Tuesdays at 17:45

  • Power hour with Jo on Wednesdays at 09:30

  • Hot Yoga with Maxine on Thursdays at 12:00

  • Power yoga with Ryan on Fridays at 09:30

  • Flow with Charlotte on Saturdays at 10:30

  • Hot yoga with Maxine on Sundays at 10:00

I’d like some peace and to relax.

If you’re interested in trying yoga to help you find some peace and quite in your head, to relax your body and to give you a chance to practice meditation then the following classes could be for you:

  • Yin yoga with Charlotte on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:30

  • Reiki meditation with Sharon on Sundays at 12:15

  • Yin yoga with Ananda on Sundays at 18:00

In yin yoga, we hold postures for 3-5 minutes, giving your body a chance to relax into it and go deeper into the fascia and deeper tissues of the body. Great for getting to those hard to reach places.
